Parking SA's booking
system based on a 24-hour advance reservation method. Should an offer
to rent by a Tenant be approved by the Landlord within 12 hours of
the time of reservation, the Tenant will then be permitted a subsequent
12-hour window within which to capture payment. The Tenant should
then be able to park in the booked space from the day following the
start of the reservation process or according to the dates and times
specified in the rental agreement or according to arrangements made
by directly contacting your Landlord upon receipt of your Landlord's
contact details. Note that although this is a 24-hour advance booking
system, it is possible for a booking to be finalised within 5 minutes,
although dependant on the swiftness of action taken by the parties
concerned. |
