Finalisation of your reservation is dependant on acceptance and approval by the Landlord of your offer to rent his parking. The Landlord is permitted a 12-hour window period from the time of your reservation within which to accept and approve your offer to rent. Upon the Landlord's acceptance, you the Tenant, will then be permitted a further 12-hour window period within which to capture payment. Upon receipt of your payment by Parking SA, your reservation then becomes a confirmed booking of which you will immediately be notified. In your e-mail notification you will receive the Landlord's contact details, which you can use to make final parking arrangements. Note that although this is a 24-hour advance booking system, it is possible for a booking to be finalised within 5 minutes, although dependant on the swiftness of action taken by the parties concerned.

To view the status of the Landlord's approval, please login to your "My Account" area and select "my Pending Spaces" tab. We will notify as soon as the Landlord approves and accepts your offer to rent and you will then be permitted a 12-hour window within which to capture payment.

This is subject to the days and times on the advert that you've selected and will be specified in your rental agreement. You are able to search and book a parking space to be used between days and times that best suits your requirements.

Notice of cancellation must be given in writing to info@parkingsa.co.za. Upon receipt of your notice of cancellation, we will acknowledge receipt and advise the Landlord of your cancellation, and of the last day you can use the space. The notice period required is detailed within your Lease Agreement.
